What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments go through PayPal’s secure, encrypted checkout, and you can pay by card without a PayPal account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Within 12 hours of ordering, before fulfillment starts, we can usually update the address or cancel the order. After that, a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed; once it ships, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws. Any tax is shown before you pay.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our hands in 2-4 business days (handling), then arrive 4-6 business days after that, so 6-10 business days total across the U.S. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only: all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and standard P.O. Boxes (via USPS), but not U.S. territories. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number arrives by email once your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page at any time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You get 30 calendar days from delivery to return eligible items for a refund. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed; mugs must be unused and in original packaging. Full details live in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches us, inspection takes 2-3 business days and processing takes 5-7 business days. Your bank can take another 5-10 business days to post it, though PayPal is usually quicker. All in, expect about 3-4 weeks from the day we receive your return.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Check the measurements on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable, relaxed fit.
What if it doesn't fit?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, then place a new order for the size you need. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless noted otherwise on the product page, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve fabric quality.
